New Hybrid Work Survey: Tell Us About Your Hybrid Work Experiences

Written by HP Anyware team | July 11, 2023

Last year, HP conducted our first hybrid work survey, with over 270 respondents sharing the benefits and challenges of adopting hybrid working models across their business. This year, we’re back with a follow-up hybrid work survey to learn what has changed, improved, or become more complicated since businesses turned hybrid a couple of years ago.

You can participate in our Hybrid Work survey today and we’ll share the results in a report set to be published later this year.

Understanding the future of hybrid work

The results in last year’s Hybrid Work Report were illuminating—60% of respondents said hybrid work was strategic for their business, with 41% having fully-embraced hybrid work. Interestingly, the majority of businesses had also already invested in digital workspaces for 50% of their staff, signaling the longevity of the hybrid working model.

However, respondents did share the challenges they were facing. The performance offered by remoting technology was an issue for businesses, as were concerns around employee productivity and flexibility. Companies were also struggling with staff adoption of new technology and IT struggled with managing digital workspaces solutions.

We did learn that businesses showed a clear preference for technology that offered high security, as well as better performance and collaboration opportunities.
