Teradici
Teradici is the creator of the PCoIP remoting protocol technology and Cloud Access Software, the leading solution for a cloud-ready future. The company, founded in 2004, is focused on its core mission of seamless delivery of workstations and applications for end-users.
We are pleased to announce today that Teradici has achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) Digital Workplace Competency status. This designation recognizes that Teradici has demonstrated deep experience helping customers build a digital workplace on AWS to free end users from the office, allowing them to work securely on virtually any device, from anywhere, at any time.
The AWS Digital Workplace Competency helps customers find highly specialized AWS Partner Network (APN) Partners offering solutions on AWS that help them effectively support remote workers and business continuity with end-to-end Digital Workplace in the cloud. APN Technology Partners achieving this newly unveiled AWS Competency provide features that help reduce security risks and meet compliance requirements while allowing customers to effectively support remote workers and implement business continuity plans.
Achieving the AWS Digital Workplace Competency differentiates Teradici as an APN member that possesses deep domain expertise in one or more of the following core categories – Endpoint Management, Application Management, and/or Collaboration Platforms.
While the AWS Digital Workplace Competency status may be new, the relationship between Teradici and AWS is not. Over the last several years, Teradici and Amazon Web Services have collaborated extensively to provide a seamless experience for joint customers using desktops and workstations in the cloud, including both task workers and those with graphics-intensive workloads.
For example, Redbrick Associates, a financial back-office services firm, found its deployment of Amazon WorkSpaces to be invaluable in securing its clients’ records while providing its employees the flexibility to work from virtually anywhere – including seamlessly from home during the pandemic. And Tangent Animation, a studio specializing in visual effects, computer-generated animation, live-action production, and software development, found that using Teradici Cloud Access Software to access virtual workstations hosted on AWS allowed its IT team to optimize workstation usage for efficient cost management, while still providing stringent security and high production value for its clients.
AWS is enabling scalable, flexible, and cost-effective solutions from startups to global enterprises. To support the seamless integration and deployment of these solutions, AWS established the AWS Competency Program to help customers identify Consulting and Technology APN Partners with deep industry experience and expertise.
