The recent BVE 2018 event in London brought together attendees and C-level speakers from around the globe to share and explore the future of content creation, commercial innovation, and cutting-edge technology for the Media & Entertainment industry.

Whether it was the latest in cinematography techniques, demos on post-production workflows, or presentations on Google Cloud Platform (as demonstrated by Jeff Kember), the array of innovations were impressive. But despite all that, the attendees were what made this event truly meaningful as we here at Teradici had the chance to network and meet with various IT influencers and buyers.

This event was designed around the needs and issues collected from industry members, and as a result, delivered relevant and educational seminars. A few of the many questions raised were:

  • How can post-production studios address the insatiable demand for content?
  • How can post-production studios work faster, smarter, and more securely?
  • How can post-production studios scale and de-scale dramatically when projects come and go?
  • How can film producers piece together work from multiple production houses to deliver a seamless broadcast experience?

If you ever asked yourself one or all of these questions, we would like to hear more. Or don’t know where to get the answers? Teradici can help you figure that out. We are active in many M&E industry events, and you can find out where we may be next on our Upcoming Events page here. Alternatively, you can always leave us comments and questions below our posts.
